How many cigarettes do you smoke in 24 hours? We often use the guide below to help choose the right nicotine strength for new vapers.
I smoke 1 – 5 a day: 0.6% (6mg/ml)
I smoke 5 – 15 a day: 1.0% (10mg/ml)
I smoke 15+ a day: 1.6% (16mg/ml)This is just an approximate guide. You can go higher in nicotine strength if you still feel like you need to smoke. If you ever feel that you are getting too much nicotine, choose a lower nicotine strength, or just vape less throughout the day.
